There are dozens of web products made for project collaboration and management, but Sync My Team feels that most require too much time setting up and organizing projects rather than working on them. Sync My Team has a simple purpose — offer a project collaboration tool for small teams that's easy to use and fast to setup. With that vision in mind, we intentionally stripped away any feature that complicates, confuses, or is too time consuming.

The success of this web application weighs heavily on its navigation (information architecture), usability, and general sense of simplicity. After spending the appropriate time organizing the site structure to fulfill the overall purpose, we simplified usage further by definig key interactive paths with the use of JavaScript and AJAX — this means even less thinking and clicks.

With the most effective user flow in place, we carried Sync My Team's purpose into the interface design. A solid layout, obvious navigation, and fresh colors provided the necessary visual appeal to make Sync My Team the leader in its class. Upon completion of the admin interface, we created a public brochure-ware site that attracts new users through Sync My Team's straight forward marketing stratey.

Combined with thorough interactive definition, a simple marketing strategy, and an engaging interface, we transformed an idea into a successful web application that does what it's meant to do — makes communication easy.
